A. It sounds that she symptom called hyphema which is presence of blood in eye chamber. In cats it usually happens after eye trauma but also may be related to increased blood pressure,clotting disorder, eye infection or even parasites. You should take her to your vet for accurate diagnosis and to get treatment for her
