Q. My one-year old puppy was chewing on a tube of Tinactin this morning. Not sure how much she ingested. She weighs about 25 lbs. Any need to worry?

A. Tolnaftate which is active ingredient of Tinactin is not dangerous to dogs unless large amount have been ingested. Your dog may experience stomach upset, vomiting and /or diarrhea but there should not be any more serious signs
