Q. Our one cat has been sneezing and eyes watering and we don't know if he has a cold. He can still eat and run around.

Answered By

A. It does sound like cat flu infection. If he is still eating, drinking a nd acting as normal you can monitor him at home for now. Cat flu is viral infection so antibiotics are not helpful. If your cat develops thick discharge from eyes or nose or goes off his food it will mean that the infection changed into viral / bacterial one and your cat will need a course of antibiotics from your vets.
