A. If your dog is not fully up to date on his vaccines and has been exposed to parvo, it is a good idea to monitor his condition or bring him into your vet for a parvo test. Signs of parvo include vomiting and diarrhea that may have blood in it, lethargy, loss of appetite and fever. As parvo is highly contagious, it is best to monitor him closely and seek veterinary care as needed. It is also a good idea to get him caught back up on all of his vaccinations to decrease the likelihood of him becoming ill in the future.
