Q. My dog passed away today - she had Cushing. She was vomiting during the night and woke up with no energy. Is this death normal with Cushing. Age 13

A. I am terribly sorry for your loss. While vomiting and energy changes may be a sign related to Cushing, it would be impossible to tell the cause of death without an necropsy (animal autopsy). It may be best to speak with the veterinarian who was treating your dog for her condition as they would better know her history and symptoms she had been having. If you are having trouble coping with the loss of your pet, there are several online resources such as The Rainbow Bridge which may help you to find some closure.
