Q. My dog has been throwing up a couple times a night for about 6 days and we are getting concerned and wondering what could be wrong and what we can do

A. If the vomiting has been going on that long it is best to schedule a veterinary check up. Vomiting is a symptom of many issues, and may be related to chronic illness, acute illness, disease and more. You can try offering bland meals of boiled chicken and rice to help soothe the stomach until you can get to the vet, but having the vomiting checked out is best.
