A. If you are seeing a swelling or growth on your dog's testicles it is best to have a vet take a look. Swelling may indicate a torsion or injury, while growths may indicate tumors or internal injury to the area. Stopping your dog from licking or chewing at the spot with the use of an Elizabethan (cone) collar is best until your vet can examine it.
