Q. My dog has been given diazepam to calm her with the fireworks. Within 5 minutes of me giving her a tablet today she was drooling and she can't stand

A. Diazepam in a drug that used on different dosage can be just calming your dog ( anxiety treatment) or sedating your dog. Also can be causing liver effects. The best thing to do is double check with your vet that you are using the correct dose and that your dog doesn't have any previous liver problems.
