Q. My dog is short haired. This is our first winter, any suggestions for wear that will make her warmer? She has a few inherited sweaters no fan

A. There are plenty of dog coats available on the market which are all good for going on walks outside. In the house you don't need to worry about putting anything on. You don't want to overheat your dog. We can obviously take jumpers, coats etc off if we get too hot but dogs can't so leaving coats or jumpers on them indoors can cause hyperthermia. Just keep them for very cold walks.
