Q. my catis constipated what should I do natural home remedie s only

Answered By

A. Veterinary examination is highly recommended in these circumstances. You can try feeding some oily fish but generally if animals are properly constipated the only thing that is going to work is an enema. Sometimes a rectal microlax is enough other times it needs a general anaesthetic and a warm water enema. If a cat hasn't passed faeces for 2 days it needs to see a vet. There is also the concern that it may be a foreign object causing a blockage and in this instance it could be dangerous to make it go.
