A. You need to get a good quality flea treatment from your vet as over the counter ones are not as effective. In a bad case like this it is recommended to treat your home too. You vet will be able to recommend the best products in your country for this. In the UK indorex and RIP are the best. You should see your vet too as she may also need a steroid injection or antibiotics if she has FAD (flea allergy dermatitis)
