A. It could be due to a urinary infection. I would start by taking a fresh urine sample with you to a vet for a consultation. Hopefully this is all it is and some antibiotics can clear it up. It is possible that it us an incontinence problem related to the operation but this is not very common. The other possibility is a behavioural issue which can be addressed once you have ruled out the other two.
