Q. My dog is lathargic, has been vomiting, and has diarrhea. The only things different I have done is treat For fleas, and a new dog treat.

A. It could be a side effect of either of those or possibly something else that it has eaten or come into contact with. If it has been going on for more than 24 hours, excessive vomiting, or very watery diarrhoea or is extremely lethargic then contact your vet straight away. If it is mild symptoms then starve for 12 hours and then gradually reintroduce a bland diet such as chicken or white fish. If the vomiting continues then see your vet.
