Q. Cat is 16 yrs. Healthy indoor cat not overweight.Developed swelling on front leg for 2 months. Licked fur off. Now bleeding.Any idea of problem?

Answered By

A. It could be a cyst or a tumour either benign or malignant. You need to see your vet as soon as possible especially if it has been bleeding as this can indicate something more sinister. Your vet may do a fine needle aspirate or a biopsy to see what the lump is and then treat accordingly.
