Q. My pet is a West Highland Terrier, age 9. He has had diarrhea for 4 days and has not been eating. He did go to a kennel overnight last Saturday.

A. If it's been 4 days if diarrhea and not eating then you should see your vet as soon as possible for an examination and blood tests. If it has just been off food for a day then you can try tempting to eat with some cooked chicken and serve it whilst it is still warm and a pro biotic paste from your pet store. If it continues or your dog is extremely lethargic then you need to see your vet or emergency vet.
