Q. What is the best way to document and track our training goals and accomplishments? Is this a necessary step?

Answered By

A. Have a tick chart with all the things that you need/want to achieve. Ie basic training, wait, sit, etc and another section for socialization ie, traffic noise, kids, people with glasses and hats etc the list is endless. Tick when you do each one and aim to do certain ones daily, others weekly. Plenty of examples on the internet.
It is not necessary to keep a record but it is necessary to do the training.
