Q. My cat has been spayed twice but still goes into heat and sprays. I took her to specialist to get an ultrasound and nothing abnormal was found. Help!

A. Sometimes some uterine tissue can be left behind so they can still show symptoms of going into season. The only way to diagnose this is by a special blood test. Even if the test is positive it is impossible to find the tissue by surgery as it is so tiny. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to resolve it.
