A. If it's not bleeding then just keep an eye on it until your vet is open. You can try cleaning it with salty water if you think it is necessary. Put one teaspoon of salt in a pint of boiled water and left to cool down. When your regular vet is open, book an appointment to check it over to ensure it isn't anything nasty.
