A. How long ago was the surgery? Is she on antibiotics? They can sometimes still feel a bit poorly for a couple of days after surgery. If it is longer than that and the dog is no longer in the vet hospital then speak to your vet again as soon as possible. If she is still in the hospital I'm sure they are doing everything they can to improve her condition.
