Q. If my dog has Cushing disease or a tumor on the endo? Glands, won't it be better and less suffering to have the pet put down?

Answered By

A. It depends on the individual case. What is the dogs quality of life? Are there any other problems? How old is the dog? What is your financial predicament? It is a decision only you can make. If it is a malignant tumour and has spread then yes maybe that is the best option, if it is Cushing's disease then you could try medications. You may want to consider further tests to find out exactly what the problem is and the prognosis before making your decision.
