A. Make sure that you clean the area well with a teaspoon of salt in a pint of boiled water and left to cool. Do this several times a day. You need to see your vet as soon as possible as they will be able to remove any others safely and provide a treatment to kill any others that Mau br currently migrating in the tissues of the dog.
