Q. My dog was diagnosed from DISTEMPER?And he wont eat please give advice

Answered By

A. Once the medications start to take effect and his fever decreases hopefully he will feel more like eating. You can try offering chicken or fish to tempt him. If you give it warm it will smell stronger and more appetizing. It depends how badly affected he is with the disease but if he deteriorates or still isn't eating after a couple of days you need to talk to your vet again as he may need intravenous fluids to help.
