    by: lablover60

Several Rescue Groups I work with use VCA Mill Run and are very impressed. So much so they started taking their own dogs & cats there. There is no second class treament for fosters, they are treated as should be a a valued memeber of our families

    Pros

No second class treatment for Resuce Fosters

    Cons

    None

Other than wishing it were located Closer, this place is Awesome! I've been with friends that took their dogs here and although my own dog hasn't been treated here, I'd not hesitate to bring him. What a place! What great people! Two paws up AND two thumbs up!

    Pros

squeaky clean, spacious, light, professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendly

    Cons

    20+ miles away

  • 3. Best group in town!

    by: beaglemutz

I recommend this and the other VCA facilities in town. I have been using these folks for my personal pups for a couple of decades now. Couldn't ask for better staff. They've seen me through the best stages of puppihood to those difficult decisions to help my pet move on from this world. They feel like family and always have my pet's best interest at heart. So generous they have been to both me personally and to the humane society. Truly leaders in the veterinarian community....heroes. Some friends now use this clinic and though a much farther drive, can't be happier and have been able to provide for better healthcare than they would have ever dreamed of. They really look out for people and their pets and show compassion and kindness to the homeless pets they have assisted us with. Can't say enough about these guys...totally awesome!!!!

    Pros

Einstein staff for sure, super friendly and compassionate

    Cons

    None

  • 4. VCA is a great place!

    by: Lilypad1221

I have had great service from VCA Mill Run and their staff. This has been my vet location of choice for the past 9+ years. They have gone out of their way to provide care and services for my 2 cats. I would recommend them highly!

    Pros

Caring & friendly staff. Convenient hours.

    Cons

    Nothing I can think of.

    by: pennyellis

I have called VCA on several occasions for cat emergencies. They see me right away and saved the life of my precious Bearcat. We were allowed (encouraged) to visit him several times a day while he was in the hospital, and we could call on condition updates as often as we wanted. Dr. Beckett returned our calls immediately -- even on the weekend.\r\n\r\nI've had two cats put to sleep at VCA and the staff was so caring and comforting. They had sent cards to us, and still have the picture of our Muffin on the Christmas tree every year. \r\n\r\nVCA supports many shelters including Cat Welfare.\r\n

    Pros

    open evenings and weekends

    Cons

    none

  • 6. Courteous and Knowledgeable Staff

The staff here is very friendly and courteous. Very polite and patient on the phone. We have called in a number of times, to see what was recommended on a couple of instances of weird behavior.

    Pros

    knowledgeable and friendly staff

    Cons

    none

I have taken several foster dogs to this vets office to get major medical work done. I trust them, they work great with rescues. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they care about the animals.

    Pros

    great staff

    Cons

    none so far

  • 8. Great place for all your animal needs.

    by: gpeyton2001

We switched last year to VCA Mill Run from a vet we had used for over 20 years that is close by. VCA Mill Run takes about 23 minutes to get to depending on traffic. But it is so worth the drive. You can with an emergency and they are like, "hurry, but drive safe". Unlike the vet we had been using who told us to go to an emergency center as they were booked. 20 years old loyality from us and in a major time of need go somewhere else. \n\nVCA Mill Run has always helped us out. I mean always. They have an awesome boarding area, grooming and the staff is awesome. \n\nThey are located in the Mill Run area easy from 270 in Columbus.

    Pros

    clean, nice staff, great location

    Cons

    have not found one yet.

  • 9. Loving, caring, all around wonderful place

    by: peytonplace2001

Somebody recommended VCA to me when I was not happy with the vet clinic I was using. VCA is a 30 minute drive for me unlike the old vet who was 10. But the service at VCA has kept me there. I call, I can ask questions, I am usually fitted in when I need an appointment. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I don't use the grooming dept as I do my own dogs' grooming, but I have seen the area and the staff is very helpful. They even gave me some tips on caring for my own pets. The boarding area is very nice. I would highly recommend VCA MillRun.

    Pros

    grooming, boarding, hi-tech, friendly

    Cons

sometimes on hold for a minute, but does not happen too often
