On 3/13/08 we took our two newly adopted cats here for their first exams. The only problem we encountered was that the desk staff ignored us (no "hi" or "can we help you " or "do you have an appointment" or even acknowledgement that we were standing there) for several minutes (no one was ahead of us, the only other people were only an older couple in the waiting area) until my husband finally asked if we needed to check in. They were courteous - just not customer oriented. The Vet Tech, Jason, was an absolute peach - great manner, easy to deal with, great empathy, and the Vet, Dr. Lori Hehn, was the same. To our surprise, we had a call later in the day asking how the cats were doing - a nice touch! I'd highly recommend this clinic.
