I've been going to VCA for a few years and they are great in case of an emergency 8am-8pm since they are walk-in clinic but it usually takes hours just to get into a room and another hour to see a vet for a minute. Also, pretty pricey compared to other local vets.

    Pros

    Walk-in; friendly staff (most)

    Cons

    LONG waiting times; Expensive

My apartment flooded and I needed my cats to stay away until things were back to normal. They took care of me as well as my cats when I needed them the most.

    Pros

    walk in service, open late

    Cons

    none

I have used this clinic for over 10 yrs. they are consistently professional, caring, and efficient when working with my various "critters". they have a great staff, who know me by name . When I lost my Dalmatian, I received a card signed by all of them, and a "doggie" angel pin.

    Pros

24 hr. emergency service, walk-in service, several vets

    Cons

none that i can think of
