    by: catsfancynancy

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Schaedler treat my geriatric dog while she working with my vet located here in Lockport, NY. I was highly impressed with her canine knowledge and professional manner. She was definitely a plus having her at my vets office and was disappointed when she left my locale to set up her own practice elsewhere.

    Pros

Dr. Schaedler specializes in geriatric care

    Cons

    not close to my home

When Dr Schaedler opened Northtown Animal Clinic we immediately switched all 5 of our pet family to her and her fantastic staff. We are dealing with 2 ill cats and Dr S. and the staff have taken all the time we need to take care of the cats and us. They always give us a follow up call at home the next day and make themselves available when needed. I feel the care our pet family gets at Northtown is 2nd to none. Also they are great with small animals (rabbits, chinchillas, etc)--you do not find that elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dr Schaedler and her staff to any other pet owners.

    Pros

    Customer orientated (aminals & owners)

    Cons

    None

  • 3. Northtown Animal Hospital

    by: lovejoy

After leaving my former vets, after several disturbing visits, I came to the Northtown Animal Hospital through the recommendation of another person. When I walked in the door the receptionist had to come over to me and say hello to my 2 cats. Right away I knew that this place was s someplace special. I found that this vet takes a lot of time to examine and treat each animal and is very helpful and knowledgeable. My pets had a very through exam and I was given a complete explaination as to their condition and health. And that is the bottom line - that the pets health is what matters when you walk in the door. I was not hurried of rushed and was satisfied when I left that my pets had received the same amount of attention that I would have expected from my own doctor.\r\n\r\n I also hope that the receptionist has read the story of Belphagor by the next time I go there.

    Pros

Unique - they have a Koi pond in the reception area!

    Cons

    None
