  • 1. Chevy's surgery

    by: pamhankinson

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Dr. Katz for calling a couple of days after examining Chevy and diagnosised her with Fibrosarcoma Cancer. His concern was to see how Chevy was doing and wanted us to reconsider the amputation of her hind leg. With a lot of mixed emotions and financial reasons we had decided to "put her to sleep" when the pain and suffering began. Dr Katz spoke with me and my husband about saving her life and giving her a chance for a little while longer. I appreciate his dedication to loving and saving animals if at all possible. He assured us that even though the cancer may come back she has a chance of living another year or two. We decided to take his advice and have the surgery and wanted to say thank you to Dr. Katz and his staff for being so understanding and patience when it comes to our pet's health.

    Pros

    great service

    Cons

  • 2. Busy practice

    by: cmrcat

I've seen many doctors here. For some reason because of scheduling it's hard to stick with just one but I've been pleased with all of the doctors. \r\n\r\nThey access to the latest technology needed to diagnose and treat a wide variety of problems. \r\n\r\nThey are open both early and late and on weekends and have boarding and grooming services available.\r\n\r\nIt is so busy with so many animals coming through that my cat sometimes get upset while waiting in the lobby with all the coming and goings

    Pros

    Flexible hours, good vets

    Cons

Too busy?, hard to stick with one vet
