    by: Elineen

Pets are not allowed on trails or in the backcountry so this isn't a good place for the pooch. I do have a picture of me and my three dogs standing on a rock here though, but that was years ago so maybe pets were once allowed, but no more.

Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful place, but leave you dogs at home. Dogs are not allowed on trails. Dogs are only allosed in your car, in picnic areas and parking lots. This lovely place is for wildlife, not domestic animals. And, so it should be.

    Pros

    It's beautiful

    Cons

Dogs are only allowed in cars, picnic areas and parking lots
