    They do a good job with what they have. Since ROAR( a wonderful rescue facility) opened across the street, the Ridgefield operation has seen a huge decrease in donations of pet products, food, etc.\n\nTheir hours are limited, so if your dog is p/u'd after hours, you'll be waiting until the next day to get them. Ridgefield should up the funding on this necessary facility.

    I'm not sure if Gary and Missy are still the ACOs for Ridgefield. I haven't been into the facility in several years, but in my experience it was always clean and well-maintained. The runs are of adequate size, and your basic chain-link and cement variety. I've never seen more than two or three dogs there at once, and they seem to have a very high adoption rate.
