  • 1. The best vets in the mid-state area

    by: CrazyCatLady

Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital has been around since 1974. Dr. McCollum, who started the clinic, has surrounded himself with knowledgeable, caring and compassionate people, both vets and techs. All of the vets are wonderful but I especially like working with Dr. Lucas. She won't stop until she's figured out what is wrong with your pet and then she'll research treatment options to help you make the best decision.

    Pros

    Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, convenient hours

    Cons

    A little expensive

The veterinarians and staff at Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital are the best in the area. They're caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I live about an hour away from the office but feel they're worth it. When one of my pets is sick, I know I can trust the folks at Priest Lake to get to the bottom of the problem and offer the latest in treatment. They are all wonderful but I especially enjoy working with Dr. Lucas. It feels like she takes a personal interest in keeping my pets as healthy as possible. Priest Lake Vet is also affiliated the the Pet Emergency Clinic for those middle-of-the-night emergencies.

    Pros

    Caring and knowledgeable staff

    Cons

    Expensive
