    by: TeresaKline

The staff has been very helpful when I have went to the clinic for various reasons.Dr.Yetter is quite knowledgable. One downside is prices are high but Dr.Yetter bent over backwards for me at the last minute one day when I quite desparate.A kitten from our rescue group was dying, barely breathing and suffering.I needed to have the kitten euthanized quick and he was only 5 minutes away.I did not call ahead but when I got their he told me to come right back and skillfully and with precision had the kitten euthanized with no further pain or suffering and all this was done in under a minute. Then he said he was sorry for my loss and then proceded to tell me their was no charge for his kind services. Thank you again Dr.Yetter

The staff and Dr.Yetter are very knowledgable and any questions I have the staff is always very willing to answer. Dr.Yetter recently and very skillfully and with much kindness ,assisted me with putting a dying kitten out of her misery.Within a minute from me walking in the door ,Dr.Yetter took me to the back right away and had the kitten euthanized, painlessly and quickly. He was kind and didn't charge me a dime for his trouble.

    Pros

    Cons

The price of some of the services are high.

  • 6. Wonder Care

    by: Catharine

When our cat became suddenly ill with a odd skin problem they did a wonderful job treating the problem and diagnosing the cause. We are very luckly to have such a knowledgable vet and staff in our community.

    Pros

can always see the vet quickly

    Cons

cost - but that is a problem everywhere

  • 7. Great Vet

    by: KPettyFan45

I have been a customer for over 17 years. The folks at Prairie Ridge have always been great. They took excellent care of our cat until he passed away at age 18. When we had to have him put to sleep, everyone was wonderful. They truly made a hard decision easier and made the grief a little easier to bear. We were surprised that we even received a sympathy card from them. Everyone at Prairie Ridge truly loves animals and they care for the animals' "parents" too. Dr. Yetter and staff are terrific and I would highly recommend them.

    Pros

    Caring & compassionate staff, friendly

    Cons

Sometimes long wait to get in, small facility
