  • 2. Cheap spay and neuter

    by: SolidE

The discounted spay and neutering is amazing, it would have been a real strain to neuter my cat otherwise. Providing this to people will hopefully help control the pet population and benefit pets everywhere.

    Pros

    Awesome place

    Cons

    Far from my house

  • 5. This organization - PAWS is just terrific

    by: kcollaloha

I am learning more and more about paws and they are truly an amazing organization. Each chapter truly helps the local community. I think they need govt funding....why not?....the crooked banks are getting money from the govt. Hey anyone hear about the vaccine/shot for neuter? How is that guy coming along with that....this will help the organization save a ton of money on surgery.

    Pros

Paws truly helps those who need low cost spay and neuter

    Cons

more people need to know about it

  • 6. Clean, kind, no -kill shelter in Quincy

    by: tribalkitty

The all volunteer staff is very helpful. You can spend plenty of time getting to know your cat and they do have a generous return policy if the cat really does not mesh with your pets/family. Facility is spotless. Cats are in excellent condition

    Pros

Adoption fee is $50. but if you cannot afford it they will work with you to help you adopt. They will take a cat back if it doesn't fit with your family.

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

  • 7. Great organization

I used to work in the Quincy area and I'd come into the PAWS shelter every now and then. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The building is small but clean, tidy, nice to look at and well run. The animals are great and well taken care of.

    Pros

    lovely place, great staff

    Cons
