  • 1. Forever Thankful :)

    by: RhodaDodi

My 6.5 yr old cat came in off the porch the other day and had no use of her right rear leg. We took her to an emergency vet clinic in Sandy Springs, he gave us some metacam (muscle relaxer) told us pretty much we could take her home that there was nothing he could do for her. Needless to say, my husband and I were devastated, I've know Rhoda since the day she was born and she has been like a mole on my hip ever since she was weened. I called my mom (in Michigan) and she helped me find Dr. Globerman and her staff online. After sitting up all night with her, I decided that we needed a 2nd opinion and that PWC was the place I wanted to try. They took her in first thing and gave us hope! Rhoda is using the restroom on puppy pads and just today she flexed her toes on her right foot!!(she hadn't moved it at all in 2 days) We have an apointment on Monday with an Orthopedic Surgeon. Here's hoping :) So to Dr. Globerman and all of your staff, Thank You so much, We appreciate everything you have done for us. Alex and Ben DeLong

    by: Frostfire

I was thrilled when PWC opened just around the corner from me, as I had been driving 45 minutes to my previous vet. Dr. Globerman and her staff are very caring and skillful professionals and I highly recommend them to any cat owner in the area.

    Pros

Wonderful people, cats-only care, close to my home

    Cons

    not open on most Wednesdays

  • 3. Great place

    by: susisc

I have been very happy w/ my experiences at PWC in recent months. Because it's quite a distance for me I'm not taking all 9 of my kitties there, only the "higher maintenance" ones (diabetics, etc.). But because I've been so happy w/ my experiences I may very well end up taking everybody there over time! Dr. Globerman has been great about talking to me at length; not making me feel rushed. And she has surrounded herself with a great staff! Because her clinic is relatively new and she's the only doctor, it's a small, comfortable setting, both for my kitties and for ME! Another thing I've liked is that I feel her rates are very reasonable. When I check-out I feel like I've gotten great service at a fair price, not like I have been gouged/taken advantage of (which is why I left the previous clinic where she practiced, after the ownership had changed.) PWC is a very kitty friendly place - you can feel it and see it. I hope they keep doing just what they're doing!

    Pros

    Great place

    Cons

A bit far for me to drive

  • 4. Best for Felines

    by: PoolTime

My two older cats thrive under Dr. Globerman's care. She found some serious problems in a routine exam and fixed them expediently. Her staff are just fabulous, Ingrid (cat wrangler, grooming and behavior analysis), Julia (tech) and Suzanne (reception and scheduling). This is a wonderful office, and well worth the drive. Good website too.

    Pros

Great vet and caring competent staff

    Cons

Might be a drive, but worth it

  • 5. the best!

    by: beauandraku

Dr. Globerman and her staff are great! Both my cats go there ever since our previous vet changed ownership and went downhill. I was thrilled to find that Dr. Globerman had opened her own practice. It's not close to the part of town I live in but it's worth the drive. And I have to go every 30 days to pick up a prescription! Definitely the place to take your cats.

    Pros

    great vet for cats!

    Cons

    not close to my home

Dr. Globerman is a wonderful vet. Not only is she friendly and knowledgeable with her individual clients, she also closes her clinic on Wednesdays to help with the kitties at Good Mews Animal Foundation. The kitties thank her very much!!!!

  • 8. A great cat only vet

    by: acart1170

I don't use Dr. Globerman myself for geography reasons but I've known her for years through my volunteer work.\r\n\r\nShe is always giving of her time and resources to rescue organizations. Combine that with the fact that she is a very knowledgeable feline practitioner and I feel confident recommending her.\r\n\r\nJuia, a tech in the office, is also great at helping out the shelter and is wonderful with difficult to handle cats.

    Pros

New clinic, great staff, involved in the community

    Cons
