I am a crazy dog person who feels like our pets are our children. I put full trust in Pasco Animal Hospital. Dr. Adams is extremely knowledgable and is not forceful or pushy with his treatments. They treat my dog like their own and I would fully recommend PAH to any animal owner.

I was surprised to see the reveiw by love4petorg. I found Dr. Adams to be kind of quiet, but very knowledgeable. He did reccommend the best care he could think of for my dog. I couldn't afford to do all that he wanted to do, but he helped me decide what was best to do keeping my budget in mind. I like that he told me the best things to do. I guess some people would get mad about that if they couldn't afford it? Like, they felt guilty or something? Anyway, all the girls there were nice and answered all my questions. My dog wasn't as scared as he normally is...I think that says alot. I really felt comfortable there and so did my dog. I will definately go back and tell my friends about pasco animal hospital. Oh and they have cool program to get free vaccines, I ended up spending more because Dr. Adams found an ear infection when he did his exam, but in the end I will save money because i don't have to pay for vaccinations any more for my dog. YAY

    Pros

    Cons

    by: Love4petsorg

MY RATING IS VERY POOR & OVER CHARGING. They charge 4 things not needed. Doctor Adams was to pushy for wanting things done that weren't needed to be done for my Leo. I went in just to get 1x exam for my already 6mths ago fully vaccinated 11mth old boxer/lab with flying color health record. The assistant didn't know any info always needed to go ask doctor. She didnt even know about advantage for dogs.Visit charge was reasonable 41 dollars But Bill Quote came out to be 491.06. After not wanted to pay the insane amount requested Dr. Adams said "were done here" I mentioned "why? "because I don't agree with your prices?" he didn't respond except to go find somewhere else. I said OK fine thanks anyway. Next day I went to a vet in Palm Harbor and he was excellent he only charged me for the visit and exam total was $43.25. my palmharbor visit results stated that my baby pup Leo was in great health and didn't need all the things that Dr. Adam said i did. Even the doc I went to agreed with me that My baby pup didn't need all Dr. Adams wanted done. He didn't put Dr. Adams down or anything . Dr. Adams in PASCO ANIMAL HOSPITAL decided to ask me to leave because I didn't want to get X-rays, etc. MY dog is so friendly, LOVING and playful. He made me put a mussel on him to. Could not even give him a temp she had to get Dr. Adams to preform it. I cant believe they wanted to put him to sleep to preform exam and wanted to charge me 85dollars to do it. Please DO NOT TAKE UR PET THERE IF U WANT HONESTY! .

    Pros

    pleasant speach/ whispers

    Cons

Crooks- ripoff artists. Be aware of over charges.

Great service and reasonable prices. They really do care about my pet and always take the time to help when I call even if there isn't a fee service that I need.\n\nAlways there with expert advice and not pushy on services you don't need.\n\nI would recommend anyone in the area to take their pet there.

  • 12. FOUR PAWS UP FOR THIS VET!

    by: MMURRAY

THE BEST PET CARE FROM A VET WITH A HUGE HEART! FOCUS IS ON PAIN MANAGEMENT AND EXCELLENT CARE. WORK EXPANDS OUTSIDE OF THE CLINIC TO A LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTER, WHERE DR. ADAMS MAKES SURE THAT SHELTER PETS GET THE FINEST CARE AND TREATMENT. THEY GIVE HIM A FOUR PAWS UP...SO DO I!

    Pros

    COMPASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL
