  • 1. NOAH'S has very pleasant vets and assistants. It is very clean . The boarding area is adequate for large dogs, but it does not meet the needs for smaller dogs.

I would not be afraid to take my dog there in an emergency. I would not board my dog there because she would not be happy there.

    Pros

Pleasant vets. Grassy areas for walking animals.

    Cons

Boarding for small dogs not adequate. I wouldn't board my little one there.

We have been going to Noah's for several years. They have always taken very good care of our dogs and have been very nice to work with. Having three dogs means seeing them many times a year and I always look forward to going there. Dr. Jose is a gem. He is so good with our dogs. He seems to understand them and us. He is the best!

    Pros

    Very knowledgeable and kind

    Cons

    I don't have any cons.

I am so impressed with this facility. Dr. Buchanan is the best there is...we just had to put our 17 year old miniature schnauzer down and Dr. Buchanan was wonderful, kind and caring. She allowed us to make the decision and supported us in every way she could. The staff was very kind and respectful. \r\n\r\nThey were always available when we needed them. Buttons had been sick off and on for awhile, and they were always available to see her on short notice.\r\n\r\n

  • 4. Good place

We got Chance at the Humane Society. At the time of adoption we were told Chance was very sick and not sure how long he would live that he had an enlarged thyroid. We have a good relationship with the humane society and they let us adopt him anyway. We immediatly took him to this vet. They seem to know ALOT about small and exotic animals. They checked him over and gave him a good bill of health. Yes, thyroid was an issue but with proper care and diet he could live a happy fullfilled typical life!! GREAT NEWS!! Then we got Chase from a pet store. Right after the return policy expired he took deathly ill! We didn't think he would make it through the night. Again, we went to this vet. They saved his life. To this day we still do not know what was wrong with him; but they never gave up. They worked very closely with me on his meds and feeding to insure I was doing everything the right way. He survived and now rules the roost! Overall wonderful vets! Thank you Noah's!!!

We were devastated when we had to put our 16 year old dog, Keech, down. But the staff at Noah's reassured us that it was in Keech's best interest, that her quality of life was ebbing and it would a peaceful ending. They had always taken good care of her in the 12 years we went there.

  • 6. A SUPERIOR FACILITY

    by: Cookiesmom

I have been taking my animals to this facility for more than 20 years. They never rush and always have time for my questions. When I had to put a beloved dog down because of cancer, they were amazingly compassionate -- not just with my dog but with me as well. From the office staff to the vets, they are kind, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in their work. The facility, itself, is clean, cheerful and bright. I've referred several friends to this facility and would not hesitate to continue to do so.

    Pros

From the staff to the vets, they are kind, compassionate, caring individuals.

The staff at Noah's is very friendly and professional. One of my cats still goes there, and I don't plan on taking her elsewhere (even though my other four go to Dauphin County) They have a very nice atmosphere, and the building is always clean. I would definitely recommend them if you live in/near their area.

    Pros

They are very friendly and knowledgable

    Cons
