I originally started taking my dogs to My Pet's Vet because of the location when I moved and also a recommendation from a friend. The veterinarians who were there when I first took my dogs there have since sold the practice, but I have stayed with the new vets. Some people don't like them as well as the original vets, but they are genuinely concerned for the animals, I believe, and I have had no issues. They are thorough and will not take a "let's wait and see" approach. For example, my dog had a growth that they determined wasn't cancerous, but they stil decided to remove it rather than watch to see if it got bigger or caused problems in the future. Some people may think of this as looking to do unnecessary procedures to make money, but I believe they are trying to be proactive in caring for my pets. When I call for an appointment, I usually can get scheduled quickly, sometimes even the same day. I will say there is usually a wait once I arrive, though and sometimes the waiting area is a little crowded. They have some late afternoon/evening hour and Saturday hours which is convenient with most people's work schedules. The waiting area and exam rooms are usually clean; I did have one experience recently where there was fur on the floor in the room when I took my dog in.
