  • 1. What to do now?

    by: Axia

let's harness this energy and figure out where to go now! Shawna, I know you're too busy but we need people who have experience with capital funds campaigns and REAL fundraisers- you know, the folks who can raise millions. WHere are those people and how can we get them to come and assist? Let's get this place sparkling- remember the other shelters that were in severe need and are now showplaces- Boulder, Longmont-

  • 12. please don't give up!

    by: imamom

we are so close to being in the top 20! I know the numbers seem daunting, like it's an impossible task, but we can still do this. Think about what all those animals have been through, the abuse, the lack of love they have had in their lives, and how all our tiny efforts, put togther could turn into something huge, that could benefit them so much. We have worked so hard the past few weeks, lets not stop now! We have this in our grasp!

    Pros

    we are so close!

    Cons

    I know it seems daunting!

  • 13. look into their eyes!

    Cons

    they SO badly need this

  • 14. Mile High

  • 16. win the shelter a makeover

    by: waggintailaddict

I work with one of the volunteers and she is always attempting to get us all to volunteer or at least try this zootoo thing. She sends me at least three emails every day inviting me to join, so here, I did it, you can leave me alone now!

    Pros

    crazy volunteers

    Cons

    none

  • 17. there's no shelter like mile hi's shelter

    by: kujothirty

I first wandered into this shelter a few months ago, after hearing negative things about the shelter in my community, I guess I wanted to see for myself before passing judgement. Something about this place just sucked me in. I probably have sucker written all in caps across my forehead, but I decided to help out. The staff isn't always 100% friendly, the animals aren't always 100% healthy, but there is a MAJOR need for more help here. even if the conditions are not always ideal, the people here do care. Go help out, the animals need it..

    Pros

    sweet animals

    Cons

    none

  • 18. I'll race you to 10,000!

    by: milehi20

    Pros

    good shelter

    Cons

    none

  • 19. Caring people

    by: spotzdog9

Wow, these great people work so hard to stretch their dollars and do as much as they can for the animals. Thank you !

    Pros

    Great staff

    Cons

    need renovations

  • 20. caring people

    by: DakotaDakota

I wish these folks had enough money and space to do the job they need to do. I worry the staff will throw up their hands in despair and all go someplace where they'll be better paid and have better working conditions. The pictures posted make it look nicer than it is- they are really working hard with very little. They have "less" than Boulder had 20 years ago.

    Pros

    Thornton area needs a shelter

    Cons

    shoestring budget

  • 21. what's up with the website?

    by: Ogre

milehihumane.com? or what? I can't find anything but something that lookslike you lost the domain name.

    Pros

    good people

    Cons

    where is the website

  • 22. I think my friends are sick of hearing about this shelter

    by: Fawnest

When this shelter wins the makeover, I assume there will be a big party with tuina massage and acupuncture to assuage our aching backs from typing reviews, and to soothe the pains in our heads from seeing our friends roll their eyes *again* because we *again* asked them to ask their friends and their moms and their enemies to support this shelter!\n\nAnyone want to tell me where the article was that I keep hearing about?

    Pros

    obviously the community can rally

    Cons

    oy, they need a building

  • 23. Look How Far We Have Moved Up

    by: peasandcarrots2008

Just in the past three weeks we have moved up so far. We used to be in 299th place. Keep up the amazing work guys. The animals deserve this makeover.

    Pros

    Compassionate Staff and Volunteers

    Cons

Those Who Judge Based On Looks

  • 24. lets make it to the top!

    by: makeittothetop

In spite of the bad press, which didn't so much make the shelter sound bad as it made the person writing the story sound biased and ignorant, this animal shelter will prevail. We will make it into the top 20, even if only five dedicated people sit up all night making it happen...it will happen. Keep up the good work everybody!

    Pros

    motivated volunteers

    Cons

    opponents with an agenda

  • 25. Animals deserve this Shelter!

    by: mrferret

Mile Hi Humane Society does great things for the animals they have in their care. Every staff memeber and volunteer truly have their heart into it!

    Pros

    True care for animals

    Cons

    could use updated facility

  • 26. we're gonna make it after ALL!

    by: doggychick

this shelter is great! I adopted two dogs from here, and they are GREAT! My whole experience with Mile Hi was great. How many times can you count the word GREAT in this review? GREAT job!

    Pros

    good shelter

    Cons

old tv shows in my head

  • 27. A nice place

    by: usumi

we got my cat Minbin from the Mile Hi, and the staff is nice, and the animals are treated well. But it could use more money, because the cages are in really bad shape. but it's a nice place.

    Pros

    Nice staff, animals treated well

    Cons

the cages look like prison cells

  • 28. Mile Hi Humane - Great in Every Way

    by: jasespots

My mom volunteers at Boulder Humane but I decided to try and help out a closer shelter, Mile Hi. I really love this place and have been going here since I was younger. It really really REALLY could use the help of a million dollar makeover and if I had the money, I'd donate myself, they are that wonderful here! Please lets fire it up and push to the top!! 10 days to go!!

    Pros

Caring staff, great perks about this place!

    Cons

None besides the things they can't controll

  • 29. we may need mental help

    by: alyssalove

this shelter is great, the people there are passionate, but we may all need mental help after this zootoo thing is over. Somne of us are getting a little obsessed.

    Pros

    great shelter

    Cons

    no support group

  • 30. don't give up now!

    by: ladyluck79

here's my theory...all the other shelters are going to be slowing down, giving up because the numbers are just so high they feel like they don't have a shot at winning. If we keep pushing we'll be able to bypass the rest and slide right into the top 20 easily. Don't quit now!

    Pros

    great place

    Cons

    none

  • 31. good things come in small packages

    by: alleycat79

this shelter is small and takes the time to get to know the animals it so passionately cares for. You go in and ask about a certain dog, and they know which dog you are talking about, probably have already named it, and chances are somebody has taken it home once or twice. They care about the animals. you go to large shelters like Adams County and the pets don't get that personal touch, you ask about a dog, even tell them the breed, and they stare blankly at you and ask for the kennel number so they can look it up. It's very cold. Mile Hi's way is better.

    Pros

    small shelter big heart

    Cons

    none

  • 32. the shelter that inspires many

    by: cockerspaniels4life

look at all the reviews, this place has obviously inspired many, some to fanaticism, but that's ok too.

    Pros

    inspiring place

    Cons

    needs more money

  • 33. time to pony up

    by: VOLUNT33R

all right mile hi supporters, it seems there are those in the community who would like to see us shut down. WE know what a mistake that would be, so its time to mobilize. We ARE going to get organized and put the willing to work. for those of you who have offered to volunteer in your reviews, please message TJ or mixedbreed with your information (when you are available, ways to contact you, resources you can offer, etc). or stop by the shelter and leave your information with Stacy or Laura. they are going to compile a list to pull from as projects need work teams. longer days and warmer weather are here. with everyone's help, we can make a difference this year for the staff and animals at Mile Hi. let's get our hands dirty and shut the critics up. thanks!!

    Pros

    great staff, volunteers,and animals

    Cons

    negative press

  • 34. Quality, Care, Compassion

    by: loveandpeace

Winning this make-over would be a truly deserved Cinderella story! More than deserving!

    Pros

    Quality of care

    Cons

    outdated facility

  • 35. True animal lovers!!

    by: Spazen

I frequent animal shelters (including several in this constest) and have seen the full spectrum from the worst to best. Mile Hi Humane Society is by far the most deserving shelter of a make-over. This staff has a place in their heart for every animal there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every animal in their care gets the best that they can offer. Every animal gets a clean blanket daily even if that means using a washing machine that has to be manually filled with water. Every dog gets a walk daily no matter what. My parents donated a washing machine to this shelter and we try to help in any area we can. If Mile Hi could get this make-over, I can honestly say it would be a great justice to all animals in need.

    Pros

    Dedication Galore!!

    Cons

    facility needs restoration

  • 36. Amazing Shelter!!

    by: beyond

It is so nice to go into a shelter where you can clearly see the passion the staff has for the animals they take care of. Compared to other shelters I have been to, Mile Hi exceeded my expectations in the care the animals receive, and the dedication from staff and volunteers. They really do go out of their way to provide all that they can for every animal that is in their care.

    Pros

    They love their animals

    Cons

    a little run down

  • 37. Genuine care and love for animals

    by: mystym

You will not find a more caring staff than the employees at Mile Hi Humane Society!! I have been to a lot of shelters and I can honestly say that the genuine care and love that is given to the animals at Mile Hi is rare and unfortunately quite hard to come by. The true dedication that is shown by Mile Hi employees is something every shelter should strive for. Out of all the shelters I have been to, I believe Mile Hi Humane Society above all, deserve and would put to great use the opportunity for a make over.

    Pros

    Amazing dedicated, and caring staff

    Cons

    facility needs upgrades

  • 38. Great Shelter

    by: OjiDon

The staff and volunteers love helping all of the stray and abandoned pets. They could use a makeover to help them have more room to help these animals. Outdoor runs for the dogs would be a great inmprovement for this shelter. The staff try to make sure every dog gets outdoors to walk, but outdoor runs would help these animals alot.

    Pros

    Great staff

    Cons

    shelter needs ugrades

  • 39. volunteer here!

    by: mamasgirl

I never noticed how ugly the shelter was until I saw the videos, I guess walking through there every week I focus more on the dogs and less on asthetics, but the videos really opened my eyes. Tell me where to start and I'm in for raising funds to make it better. I can paint, etc. too.

    Pros

    friendly staff

    Cons

no room to play with dogs

  • 40. a place that saves lives

    by: weaseldog

This shelter is a blessing to the community. They help so many, and they get so little recognition for their efforts. Most of the animals in poor condition seem to come from Commerce City, so I think Commerce City should cough up more money to help the shelter. A lot of the shelter's resources go to meding these broken animals. It only seems right.

    Pros

    This shelter works miracles

    Cons

not near the top 20 yet

  • 41. what do you need?

    by: parentalconsent

This shelter has no lack of people willing to help them, but we need to know WHAT to do. We need a list of the things that need repair, in order of importance so we can start fundraising and saving to get the repairs done. Also more organization for the volunteers, a lot of people come to volunteer and never come back because nobody tells them what they need to do, and being new to volunteering, they are at a loss and they go to other shelters where they are better informed. Maybe a few of the more experienced volunteers could become volunteer coordinators, it would help to get more repeat volunteers in the door. Plus we would get more done because everybody would have a set task and there wouldn't be those milling about aimlessly wondering what to do next. Also, some kind of identification system (could be done very cheaply, print up a few name badges at volunteer homes) so that adopters could differentiate between volunteers, staff and other adopters and be more able to get the help they need while in the kennels or out in the play area. Just my nickel's worth.

    Pros

    plenty of caring support

    Cons

    needs more organization

  • 42. getting crazy on here

    by: fatty4life

The shelter really needs the extra help! All us low points guys need to knock the top five off the top! Lets get mindylove79 and the rest out of there!

    Pros

    I hope it works

    Cons

cross our fingers, knock on wood

  • 43. Little shelter, Big heart

    by: nathaniaelsister

Can we start a community fundraising thing? Go to all the stores and large corporations and see who needs a tax write-off? The shelter would benefit from their help.

    Pros

    little shelter, big heart

    Cons

no money to get what they need

  • 44. we are so close!

    by: heremepeople

if everybody already signed up can just make 3000 more points each, we have this thing all sewn up! It's not that hard, accumulating points happens rather quickly!

    Pros

we have this thing in the bag

    Cons

    try a little harder

  • 45. good shelter, needs support

    by: Keeyush

I was stunned when we went here, after hearing about this shelter from a friend. They're in an area where there's new construction everywhere, and apparently no one local supports them with cash or other donations. We drive down when we can to walk dogs and I donate what I can to help them make that shoestring go a little farther. \n\nIf any local shelter needs money, it's these guys. If they don't get the funding from zootoo, I hope the locals wake up and fund it.

    Pros

    Nice staff

    Cons

    they have no money

  • 46. great shelter, NEEDS RE-VAMPED

    by: casperwoold

This is a great place. I adopted my dog and a rabbit from them. They are wonderful pets! I also volenterred there for a while. They need a lot of support. So remember to donate when you can.

    Pros

    Very clean, Friendly, caring.

    Cons

old building, peeling paint, needs more room

  • 47. great place

    by: estco

I adopted my dog from them. there staff is realy helpful and friendly.

    Pros

    realy nice staff

    Cons

    place needs a little work

  • 48. Saving animals At Mile Hi

    by: dstocking

Mile Hi Humane Society is a great place. It has improved tremendoulsy over the past 1-1/2 years. \r\n\r\nStacey who is the Vet TEch there is one of the most caring people there is. She goes that extra mile for animals. Especially the animals that are at the shelter. She cares for these dogs and cats as they were her own. These animals are there because of irrresponsible or uncaring owners. they are actually lucky to be at Mile Hi. \r\n\r\nthey get attention, they are walked and they receive a dry warm blanket every day. they have water and food on a 24 hrs basis. If they are ill they are treated so they are able to go home to a new home.\r\n\r\nSeveral animals come in skin and bones and ill. Stacey makes sure they are treated and fed. she actually will take them home so that they are with her 24 hours a day.\r\n\r\nIt is very frustrating to hear people complain that their dog came in as a stray and they developed kennel cough while being there.\r\n\r\nLet's put blame where blame should be. It is poor owners that do not vaccinate their animals then they run loose and end up in the shelter. They are reason they are sick because of their poor care.\r\n\r\nPeople come in and say it smells. There are 60 kennels with many dogs in there. There is no way that there will be a time that there isn't feces in the kennels. they do several poop scoops thru out the day.\r\n\r\nthis is one very good example of why Mile Hi should get some funding. This an old facility that needs some improvements, such as venting, outside runs, etc., and they should be number one on this list. Places such as Max Fund who has a nice facility should not be in the running when they already have what they need. Lets help the animals that are here and make it just a bit nicer.

    Pros

    Caring Staff

    Cons

    Old Facility

  • 49. They really need the make-over

    by: WiseWoman

I adopted my cat from here and when we returned 5 months later for neutering they remembered us and details of the cat! They are really on a shoestring budget and can use any help anyone gives them.\n\nthey have a very efficient low cost spay-neuter program- fast and more affordable than anyone else around. they really know how to cut costs in ways that save money and don't affect the service- like they have no cages but the animals stay in their own crates before and after the procedure. dogs would probably prefer a kennel but cats probably really prefer their own crate.

    Pros

    great people

    Cons

    very little money

  • 50. Great with pets

    by: Scorpio1030

This shelter needed some things, so when I found out I could help them possibly get some help from ZooToo, I picked them. They needed blankets so I donated because all pets deserve something nice to help them feel comfortable while they are waiting to get adopted. I have known many people to adopt from here and they have never had a problem... I know people who volunteer there all the time and I appreciate what they do. This is a great shelter!

    Pros

    Pet friendly

    Cons

    none

  • 51. go to shelter

    by: jacksprat

I actually work for another area shelter, and while Mile Hi is less financially secure, it's practices are more friendly as far as the animals are concerned. My shelter could take a page or two from their book. They just need the right funding to get this place on the map.

    Pros

better than the shelter I work for

    Cons

    none

  • 52. we will survive

    by: ratatatat

This shelter has been around a long time, it's not going anywhere any time soon, regardless of wether or not they get the makeover, I know we will get into the top 20 because we all want it so bad and are trying to hard to get there, but we need to start knocking on doors locally and get the local support and maybe do our own makeover. The dollars are out there, we just have to ask the right people.

    Pros

    been around a long time

    Cons

    need help

  • 53. support our shelter!

    by: lovemachine

This place is great, but it makes me sad to see all the neglected animals that get brought in. I can't believe people can treat their pets the way they do. Mile Hi does the best they can for them, but I know if I worked there it would be hard not to go out and strangle some of the people who allow their pets to be in such bad condition before they are confiscated and brought to the shelter.

    Pros

    inviting place

    Cons

sad to see all the animals

  • 54. I love this place

    by: lovemonkey

These guys have a great location, it's easy to get to, but nobody knows they are there, they are right in between washington and colorado, they should have advetising on the bus stops on those streest righ on 112th, they should be in those little newspapers for both thornton and northglenn plus whatever other municipalities they serve, and they need a sign on 112th and york pionting out that they are there as well. Is there any way to get these things done by donation from the cities? I think it would help a lot! Plus a new sing for out front and some flowers in their little drive in area. it could look nice with not too much effort. i'll even supply the flowers!

    Pros

    good location

    Cons

    not advertised enough

  • 55. One good Humane society

    by: X3eebz

I have a volunteered at the Mile Hi Humane Society a few times. I really enjoy getting to walk the dogs and let them get out to exercise. It would be really nice though if there was more room for them to run around. And nicer cages for the dogs to stay in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also, it is nice to see that the staff makes sure the animals recieve good care.

    Pros

The Mile Hi Humane Society does a wonderful job of taking care of the animals.

    Cons

It is in need of a makeover to better benefit the animals

  • 56. Help Mile Hi

    by: KenzieD

When my dogs went off property (we lived on a farm) and were taken to the Mile Hi, people who knew of the place said I should get them out ASAP. I was planning on doing this anyways as they are my babies.\nHowever, multiple people have told me how Mile Hi is a run-down facility that needs a makeover. I know that their volunteers & staff do the best they can--but let's face it: a makeover would make a world of difference.\n

    Pros

    space for animals

    Cons

    needs a Makeover

  • 57. nice place

    by: loveweed

This shelter is close to my house, I would like to see a more modern facility put up so when I drive by on the way home I can look at somethiing nice instead of a rundown, dumpy shelter.

    Pros

    convenient location

    Cons

    outdated facility

  • 58. help the sheter!

    by: chapgirl

I like this shelter, I wish I could adopt a puppy today, but my mom won't let me. I do like to go and pet all the nice dogs though.

    Pros

    such cute dogs

    Cons

    they all need homes

  • 59. I Love this shelter!

    by: nyssahappy

My mom tries to bring me here every Saturday, often with whichever friends of mine want to come, sometimes even with my sisters and it's the thing I look forward to the most every week. I love taking care of the animals and I love how nice most of the people at the shelter are to me and my friend and my mom. There are some volunteers who treat me bad, like it's THEIR shelter and they want to hog all the animals, but I ignore them. I love coming here, and when I'm 16 I will even be able to come without my mom!

    Pros

    great peopel, cute pets

    Cons

    sometimes stinky

  • 60. We're going to breal the top 100 today!

  • 62. needs more visibility in the community

    by: frostbitten

I have lived in this community for 3 years and have NEVER even heard of the Mile Hi Humane Society until Saturday when I went to the grocery store and saw these four sweet women running the adoption table in front, making the cute doggies do tricks for donations...it was too funny! I will definitely check you guys out next time I adopt a kitten!

    Pros

    doing a good job

    Cons

never heard of them before Saturday

  • 63. Millie's Dad

    by: lovedogncats

I adopted my dog millie from this shelter, and she is the best frined I could have asked for. the folks at mile Hi took the extra time to help socialize and train millie so she could find a good home. If it weren't for the extra mile they took with her, she would be a dead doggie by now instead of the queen of the castle over at my house.

    Pros

    Doing great things

    Cons

    not enough time

  • 64. take them to the top!

    by: pitapocket

I went to the shot clinic this weekend, and I walked through the shelter part of it out of curiousity. These animals need help, I don't know if the staff is negelctful or if the shelter just needsa more money, but it is a pitiful place indeed. Shots are cheap tehre though.

    Pros

    deserve the makeover

    Cons

    NEED the makeover BAD

  • 66. Help the shelter

    by: roxycantoo

This shelter has a lot of good ideas and a ton of space to bring their ideas to fruition, but no cash. If they could win this makeover this shelter could really fly!

    Pros

    tons of potential

    Cons

    no money to realize potential

  • 67. I used to live there

    by: littletinydog

I lived there, and the kennels were HUGE...(I only weigh 8 pounds, so that may be a subjective opinion). The people treated me well, and I was pampered more than I have ever been pampered in my life! I was fed EVERY day, and I had fresh water to drink WHENEVER I WANTED, and people would pet me instead of hitting me. My cage was kept clean. When people would try to walk me I would tremble the whole time and refuse to walk on the leash, then slip my lead and run straight back into the shelter. It was the only safe place I had ever known. I will always be thankful to Mile Hi for saving my life and showing me that the sun till shines on us little guys. Without their intervention I would be dead right now instead of in a home that cherishes me.

    Pros

    spacious kennels

    Cons

    yucky food

  • 68. Hearts in the right place

    by: PrincessGracie

This shelter is good. They need more help...go volunteer there, or donate lots of money.

    Pros

    nice people

    Cons

    none

  • 69. Been there

    by: chloespaniel

I was at this shelter. It was loud and scary. I didn't like being in the dark, cold kennel, but I did enjoy when the nice people there took me out and snuggled me. They all made me feel loved. I met my new mommy there, and she took me home and made me feel not so afraid anymore. Now I can gnaw chair legs and chew up pens and pencils to my hearts content, my new mommy lets me get away with everything 'cuz I'm so CUTE! Without the Mile Hi Humane Society I would have never met my new family. Thank you Mile Hi!

    Pros

    they were nice to me

    Cons

too many noisy dogs, scared me!

  • 70. GOOD DOGS

    by: coloradog

The dogs here are great, they tell me that the workers and the volunteers treat them well, and sometimes people cry when pets get new homes because they are so happy for the dogs but will miss them. The volunteers/workers get THAT attached to the animals. The dogs give them two paws up.

    Pros

    nice dogs

    Cons

    not enough dog biscuits

  • 71. Pontential here

    by: forest4trees

I have been to this shelter, and I think Stacy, Debbie, Shawna, and Laura, and all the other smiling faced volunteers and their sweet kids who come in every week, who's names I never knew, do an excellent job at keeping this place going. ROCK ON MILE HI!

    Pros

    great shelter

    Cons

not enough money to go around

  • 72. Homeless Cats

    by: barbaralawler

I have always tried to help homeless animals. There are always kittens and cats that kicked out of their homes or born in the streets. I have taken many of these animals here and have always found them to be very kind and understanding. These people are doing the best they can with very little. The buildings are old, the donations are little, but they keep trying to help. I respect these people for what they are trying to do for the animals.

    Pros

Everyone there very caring. Cages clean and animals all had food and water.

    Cons

    None

  • 73. Good Shelter

    by: JohnLove

My wife volunteers here and she's always trying to bring home dogs. I only had ONE when she started hanging out there every weekend, and now I own THREE. The people seem nice, and if my wife goes there it must be a good shelter, she wouldn't waste her time at a bad one.

    Pros

    caring

    Cons

    too many cute dogs

  • 74. Attacks Other Shelters on Craig's List

    by: Cassie3

Mile Hi's posting on Craig's List follows. This is not keeping "pets in mind." \n\n\n"Max-Fund Has A Nearly New Shelter......"\n"Date: 2008-02-26, 11:46AM MST"\n\n"Max-Fund has an almost brand new animal care facility so why are they so keen on updating their shelter when there are thousands out their that dont have the resources to update and improve their shelters. I know that personally many have come into the Mile Hi Humane Soceity comparing us to others like Max-Fund and the Adams County Shelter; we just cant compete. Give us a chance and log on to ZooToo.com and help us try to get a makeover which we so desperately need."

    by: denise1781

These people really care about they pets they have and they make it easy for you to see the animals play with them and decide which one is right for youe home. Stacy is really great.

    Pros

I love this Place they really care the animals

    Cons

They need some help with a remodle

  • 77. Nice little shelter

    by: mindylove79

This shelter seems a little run-down and it is in desperate need of revamping, but the staff really cares about the animals. I have seen so many dogs come in abused, hurting, and scared and within such a short time they learn to trust again because of the time the staff and volunteers take with them to make the animlas feel loved. It's a great shelter, with a lot of great dogs. You should go and adopt a dog or three today!

    Pros

Caring Staff, great animals to choose from

    Cons

too many great animals, and not enogh room at my house

  • 78. Some Issues Here

    by: macita183

Mile Hi denies to take a lot of surrenders and refers the owner/finder to other shelters, even though the location of the animal is in their juristiction. I volunteer at a nearby shelter and Mile Hi often sends people to us and we have to send them back to them. Many people do not want to adopt/surrender there since it is not very clean and many of the animals get very sick their. While it is great they help animals I've heard there are a lot of issues there from shelters and from people who have adopted their pet their.

    Pros

    good location

    Cons

    small

  • 79. Mile-Hi Humane

    by: AquaTweeter

I volunteer at this shelter, and have relized that they let anyone adopt there animals. Also, just yesterday they have to white dogs that are 5 years old. They have been together there whole lives, and they sold one to a home kept the other at the shelter. \r\n Also they are very messy, and the staff is not very helpful. Another thing is, in my area we are not aloud to have Pitbulls. At the shelters though, they have 5 pitbulls up for adoption.\r\n Overall, the quality of this shelter is not very good.

    Pros

    Many Dogs

    Cons

Hardly any puppies, and very messy

  • 82. This Shelter is Great!!!

    by: MileHiHumane

This shelter was a great help in finding a new friend and family member for my family. I just wish that they could get a little extra boost of help. Every one knows there is only so much time in the day.

    Pros

They keep animals for a long time and they really care!

    Cons

They have minimal funds so things could use a fixer-upper.
