    by: ShelleA

I went to this groomer because the Human Society recommended it. The cut was shotty and I had to do my own trimming. They were nice, but I will not pay money for a grooming there.

    Pros

    Competitive Pricing

    Cons

    Not very good cut

  • 2. Nice people and they do a really thorough job grooming

    by: smittyinsoky

I got to know these gals when I sent my dog Shiner into Tammy when he was having some "issues." They are all very personable and know Shiner by name any time he comes in. He is a white dog and they used a Bluing shampoo on him that made him gleem. He also sheds A TON, but they did a great job furminating him which must have cut down his shedding by 75% They were able to confidently handle Shiner even though he can be difficult about getting his nails clipped. The facility does not have a corporate look at all an as expected smells a little doggy. These are just some regular gals who will do a really good job on grooming your pet.

    Pros

Nice personal service. Amanda especially is terrific. My white dog gleemed. Their "furminating service rocked"

    Cons

The facility is nothing to write home about

I've taken my daughter's two Dobeys to Masters 3 or 4 times and I never worry. They are very experienced trainers as well as boarders. The dogs seem to be calm and at ease when I pick them up. Very clean facilities.

    Pros

    Very caring, experienced staff

    Cons

    none that I have found

  • 5. Heard good things

  • 6. Helps out the Humane Society

    by: deanawehr

I haven't personally used Master's for boarding but....they have volunteered @ the humane society by offering grooming services to help the animals who desparately needed grooming. They also come to events and help w/ fundraising for such things as the 5k. They also have good trainers.

    Pros

    dedicated to humane society

    Cons

    location

  • 7. Have heard much about them!

    by: mollykerby

I haven't heard much about them or seen any feedback. I do know that Dogs Day Out at 4800 Sunnyside Gott Rd. is a cagefree day care and that Shannon, the groomer, is wonderful!

    Pros

    No bad reviews

    Cons

    No good reviews

I never got the chance to go to Master Boarding Kennels because while I was trying to set up an appointment to come in to take a look at the place I came into some very rude customer service. At the time I was looking to send my dog to their doggy boot camp, and I wanted to take a look that the building before hand. The lady was rude and was making me feel uncomfortable!! \r\nIf Im going to be sending my dog away to their boarding kennels, you think they would want me to come and take a look around and get comfortable with him being there, but she made it seem like it was a big deal!\r\n\r\n

    Pros

    none

    Cons

    They are lacking customer service!
