When we first started using the Lima Animal hospital, we were very satisfied with our service. We trusted the vet and everyone who worked there. We even began having our animals groomed there. However, in the last few years, prices became ridiculously high and we felt as though our dogs were not getting the service they needed. We were not able to schedule an appointment so we called another family member's vet. We were able to get right in and he was able to diagnose and treat a problem we had been dealing with for several years. Previosly, we had visit after visit without much success. We were told by the new vet that necessary steps had not been taken promptly by the Lima Animal Hospital or the problem would have been resolved much sooner. Needless to say, we took our business to the new vet and have saved a lot of money in doing so.
