We have adopted several Cats from HART. They are number one with us. I try to help out with fund raising as much as I can. This shelter is run by devoted loving people.

    Pros

They are devoted to homeless Cats

    Cons

    They rescue cats only

A wonderful group of all volunteers with a great love of cats. Cats are only euthanized if absolutely medically necessary. All adopted cats must remain indoor cats for the rest of their lives. They are very good at matching you with the right cat. Have a new shelter building and are growing every year in the number of cats they can accept and then adopt out. The cats are not caged, but rather allowed to roam free within rooms. They also have a separate special needs room. They even have some feral cats that have been with them for years. Great place to adopt your next family member.

    Pros

    no kill, 'free range' style

    Cons

    need more volunteers
