These guys are great with both of my dogs. The German Shephard is "shy" of men, but they have always put her at ease and get the job/exam done without any issues. I adopted my poodle when she was 7, overbred, and had tons of issues. They were on the spot with her - from taking her in to have her spayed and the complications from that to dealing with her sudden anemia issues. I have been told not to waste my money on tests that wouldn't help, but given every opportunity to make the choices. I have never felt rushed out. They also do exotics - which is great for my son's lizard. The only downside is that I have usually have to wait past the appointment time before I am seen. I chalk that up to not being rushed out myself and that the staff takes the time needed with every patient.
