  • 1. Best Vet Around Who Cares About Your Pet!

    by: Papaboo

Dr. Griswold has taken of our pets since 1992. He was on vacation and was thinking about how he was going to do reconstructive surgery on my first Bichon, Fluffy, because it was going to be her second surgery for bladder stones. How many Veterinary doctors think about their patients' up coming surgery or conditions while on vacation. He convinced us to let our cat Paws live as long as he could without symptoms, he tested positive for F.I.V. as a stray kitten we took in 17 years ago. Paws beat the odds, he's 17 years old and still going strong, he out lived the first Bichon of 17 years and is working on Bichon number 2, Abbie. Dr. Griswold is a very good doctor.

My mother-in-law recently had an issue with her Cocker Spaniel, Simba. She called at 5:30 in the morning, paniced. He was in a great deal of pain, and she was very concerned. She called around to a few local vets, all of whom would "try to fit him in sometime in the afternoon." Luckily, from a referral from a Joanne, a great friend, we called Dr. Griswolds office. They immediately got him in, evaluted, x-rayed, and diagnosed him. The staff and Dr. were friendly and very willing to help. They communicated well, and followed up promptly. Simba had a slipped-disc in his neck, and required some meds and limiting his movement. He's doing much better, and the quick response and attention to his injury are appreciated.

    Clean; friendly, knowledgable staff; prompt

  • 4. Our Trusted Doctor for 20 Years!

    by: kitamom

Dr. Griswold has taken the best care of my last nine canines for 20 years now. He can be counted on to know exactly what my pets need to get and stay healthy. Dr. Griswold cares about my pets. When they need specialty services he knows where to send us for the best care. Dr. Griswold also has excellent staff/associates working for him that I trust my pets with. The offices are always clean an inviting-I think due to Mrs. Griswold's touch. When my dogs are under the weather or injured I do not hesitate to call on Dr. Griswold and trust that he knows best!

We were there when our nephew and niece had to say goodbye to their dog of 20 years. Dr. Griswald cried right along with them. Now that's a great vet.

    Very knowledgeable and caring

    by: Schoch

I met the doctor close to 20 years ago shortly after I arrived in Florida. At that time I had Rags and Winnie to moderately young dogs. Well Rags the oldtimer of the two, pushing 4, got terribly sick at age 14. He proscribed a course of action but in his own quiet way he prepared us for the worst because of her age and the seriousness of the disease she may not make it. Well, he pulled her through, and from that day forward that feisty little pup became miricle dog. She left us 5 1//2 years later as her tired body was just plain giving out on her and Doc Griswold was with her then and I know he grieved for miricle dog as much as we did. Winnie our other dog was about 2 when he met Doc for the 1st time and was well cared for without any major illnesses then suddenly at 13 started having seizures, which turned out to be a brain tumor, which because of his age, both Doc and a specialist agrred he wouldn't survive a surgery. Now, Doc Griswold knew our Winnie had a terrible fear of a Vets office and didn't want him to breath his last in that kind of fear, so we did it at a place where Winnie would comfortable and serene. Thanks Doc, there are at least 2 and I sure thousands waiting at the bridge to say thank you one more time.

Dr.Mark is someone I trust with the one I probably love MOST, my pet. He has taken care of my babies forever. The care, compassion is invaluable. His associate, Dr.Gretzinger is also an amazing veterinarian.
