  • 1. Garden State Veterinary Specialists Have Lost Their Way

    by: robertsvillerob

I believe that any health institution that serves the public should have a balanced healthy program that not only focuses on treatment but also on how they treat people and the animals in their care. This Hospital obviously has the equipment that some other hospitals don't have but they are lacking in both people and animal "skills". Garden State Veterinary Specialists do not have a company policy on quality of life for the animals they treat. They have no orientation procedure as part of their operations protocol. They really only have a one track mind when it comes to treating the animals in their care and that is keep all animals alive at any cost, or should I say "Your" cost. They have no regard for the possible pain and suffering a pet may have to go through to be kept alive with no consideration to the likeliness of whether a pet has a good chance to recover. Research your pets health care options now ! Don't wait until something happens and look into pet insurance. It's better to be prepared than to feel hopeless.

  • 2. Excellent Care and State of the Art Facilities

    by: Gencare

There are about 28 licensed Veternarians at this facility that provides 24 hour emergency care services to your companion animal. They specializes in areas such as oncology, neurology, internal medicine and cardiolog to name of few.\r\n\r\nThe facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the prices seem to be reaonsable. My wife and I traveled 35 miles and for 45 minutes instead of 4 miles and 10 minutes because we have so much more confidence in the staff at Garden State then we do at our local 24 hour emergency care facility.

    Knowledgeable and caring staff

  • 3. Great Facility

    by: mancinilj

This is an emergency care facility; I have been here twice when my regular vet was closed. The facility is clean and modern with a spacious waiting room which is important when you have a dog that needs her space away from other dogs. The medical staff seems very knowledgeable. I prefer this emergency facility over one that is much closer to me for two reasons, first and most important, they seem to have more medical staff on duty and two, for an emergency clinic, their prices are very reasonable.

    Great Staff

  • 4. Great specialty group

I have been referred to this group twice, and they did surgery on one of my dogs. Unfortunately, they couldn't save my other dog that had a bleeding tumor in his abdomen, but they are a knowledgable, caring bunch of people.\r\n\r\n

They have the latest skills and equipment
