So, I took my dog here on his first day and was charged an additional fee for an "assessment." When I went to pick him up, no one even knew about the assessment, no assessment was given, and I had to ask 4 times before my question of whether or not my dog ate his food was answered. The ladies at the front desk were anything but impressive. They lacked basic customer service skills and seemed to know very little about dogs. This place seems to boast more of a "luxury image" than a dog-knowledgeable image. I mean, how important are pink polka dot curtains to your dog??? And...most offensive to me was that I was denied a tour of the facility...so I have no idea how clean it is, where my dog plays, etc...I would suggest Wag-a-Lot over this place any day.
