Keep in mind, this was quite a while ago. However; it left a lasting impression and I will never step foot in this place again. My cat, who was overweight due to health issues needed to be groomed. He was an angora mix and had bad matting. To make a long story short, they said they'd need to shave him.\r\nTook him in before my work day, staff was incredibly rude grabbed him out of my arms and threw him in his cage. Hindsight, at that moment I should've grabbed him and left.\r\nafterwards, my husband picked him up, staff again was very rude. He was shocked to find that he was covered in his own fur - they shaved him and hadn't even bothered to brush him off! Well for some reason unknown to me, they used a straight razor I'd assume as he had cuts all over him - which left him scarred - litterally! \r\nWe purchased professional dog clippers and did it ourselves from then on - an amazing not being trained groomers, he never got even a tiny scratch on him...\r\nIt was later I heard many other horrible stories about this place which made me even more upset, that I trusted them to care for my baby! Rumors of animal abuse run rampant about this place - some firsthand accounts from friends. I would never recommend this place to anyone....ever!
