I went here and my dog didn't even want to walk on the old dirt. It was small and dirty. there was poops everywhere. I wouldn't go there again.

Boring! It's just a fenced in piece of dirt in an industrial area of Denver! I've gone a few times hoping to find other people and dogs but never have I seen a soul and their mutt(s) inside. Plus there's not much to do there - no amenities, just dirt. The dogs can run around for a minute or two before getting bored and wanting to out see the more interesting sights outside the fence. Maybe if more people showed up it'd be interesting, but until that happens I'll stick to the more interesting dog parks of Denver.

    it's a dog park!

I came to this dog park last summer, and was very disappointed. There was no shade, little seating, and I just didn't enjoy this dog park AT ALL.

I am thrilled to have so many off leash dog parks in the area that we can have 'bad' ones.\r\nI was here during the summer months and found I could not stay long because it was so hot and dry. No shaded areas and so much dirt gets kicked up that it was not much fun. I have never seen other dogs there either. It shares space with a shelter, so I am sure they must let their dogs out, maybe I just hit it at off times. It is not too far from my favorite dog park @ Windemere and Belleview (between Broadway and Sante Fe) so I just don't bother to go to the Jason Park anymore.

    off leash happiness
