  • 1. A vet to call home

    by: mookey72

My sister always brought her pets to this vet and so when I got my second dog I decided to give it a try since it was close to my home. I haven't been disappointed. Vegas has never shown any fear with the vets he has worked with - and we have seen 4 different ones over the past 2 years for various reasons - check-ups, shots, got a hold of a chicken bone and was vomiting and mom was afraid the puppy might die, microchipped and snipped (he's an "it" now - snif snif). Through it all, the vets have shown him nothing but love and attention. The staff knows him by name as soon as he walks through the door, as well, which is always a comforting feeling. I also like that no matter what my questions might be, the vets always take the time to listen and give several options. I have never walked out of there feeling like I was a bad pet owner and I should be doing things differently.

    Pros

    flexible hours

    Cons

may not always get the same vet if you want speedy service

  • 2. I don't trust my pets with anyone else

    by: giessej

Growing up any pets in our family went here. When my husband and I moved to Creve Couer we used another vet a couple of times. We had the worse service ever. I learned my lesson and now take Bently and Lexus to Cross Keys. I usually get an appt the same day I call. They are open till 8 and anytime Bently breaks a toenail (which happens alot) they get us right in and don't charge us an arm and a leg. THANK YOU CROSS KEYS VET!
