Upon calling Creature Comforts after my 15 year old dog had a stroke and trying to get her in for an emergency visit/euthanasia and being rudely scoffed at over the phone by the receptionist, I would Never recommend taking a pet there if you're looking for compassion. Having been there once before with my cat and meeting the vet, I should've never attempted to go back knowing how cold she was. Very dissatisfied.

They have misdiagnosed two of my pets, one with fatal results. The doctors are less than sincere, will lie to you. The remaining staff are equally arrogant and unfeeling. You are attended to by vet techs overall regardless of the severity of your pets needs. There are more reputable veterinarians in the area. There is no need for you to go here. You would just be wasting your money and putting your pets health in jeopardy.

    Pros

    Not a blessed thing

    Everything

Compassionate, state-of the-art, reasonable charges and most of all the best vets I've ever met. Dr. Karin has been a savior to me with my pet. She sustained a fall and became completely paralyzed and incontinent. After chiro treatment, she has a great quality of life again. No more incontinence and almost on her four feet. She's a skunk and can't have meds given to dogs or she would be 100%. Technician Liz is as good as they get. I travel 1 1/2 hours each way and believe me, it's worth it!

    Pros

    state-of-the-art, compassion, knowledge

  • 4. Awesome Vet!

Besides parking this is an awesome vet. They are available for night and weekend appointments, they are open 24 hours in case of emergency. They always try to fit you in. They are flexible, they are inexpensive but have great customer service and are just awesome. I go to school in Philly, but when I am at home visiting my parents I always take my pooch there!

    Pros

    Open all the time

    Cons

    Crazy parking
