  • 4. A fun place to visit

    by: chicinmudd

I've been here many times with my dog. My sister lives right down the street so whenever we go to visit her we get to go on the morning and evening walk to Condon Park. Usually we take a short trail that goes across the bridge and we go look at the duckies. This area has a few dirt trails (like deer trails) and grass all around. The other side of the park is the main dog area where you and your dog can check out many different trails. My dog loved this trail as there was soooo much to sniff because all the squirrels running through and other dog smells. My dog always like feeling like he's going for a nature walk and not just out on a side walk through the neighborhood. We will for sure be coming back to visit this fun park and do more exploring.

    Pros

grass, dog clean up bags, trails, pond

    Cons

    no off leash area

I recently to my dog and his buddy friend to this park while waiting for my truck in the shop. We walked some of the paths and thought it was very nice. It's hard to spot the dog area because there's not sign at the front to direct you, but it back near the disc golf area. We walked in the wrong way and then saw the signs for "enter dog area". We didn't walk far but from what I'm told there is acres and acres for you and your dog to walk around on. It's all on leash and no off leash areas. It's in a wooded area and the dogs enjoyed themselves, all the good smells and of course the squirrells running by. After we went and laid in the grass and the dogs rolled. It's a nice place to take your dog for a walk.\n

    Pros

huge area to walk dogs, doggie sanitation areas, wooded area

    Cons

on leash only, some parts near dogs behind chainlink fence
