The veterinarians are great. For the most part, the assistants are, too--except for the obvious tension b/w some of the coworkers at the desk. This may have been rectified since my last visit.\n\nI felt like they really cared about my dog, and they were very thorough in finding out what ailed him (giardia.) They went over all the available vaccinations with me,and recommended the most important ones for him, based on our lifestyle. I never once felt like they recommended something just to get more money from me. They also use the latest technology in tests, equipment, and surgical procedures.\n\nMy one "complaint," if you will, is the cost involved. But I feel that it was worth it. Perhaps in the future I'll get the vaccinations done elsewhere but take my dog to Best Friend's when he's ailing.
